- How do I purchase tickets online?
From our home page:
- Select your theatre location along the left
- Select the date from the drop down menu at the top
- Browse to the movie of your choice
- Click on a showtime
Any time you click on a showtime, you will be sent the ticket purchase page.
- When are ___ tickets going on sale?
As soon as they are available, you will certainly hear about it! Keep watching for information on our Front Page, subscribe to our newsletter, or join us as a friend on MySpace to get the latest!
- When is ____ movie going to be shown?
See the Coming Attractions page for information on movies that are coming up, and where they will be showing.
- Why are you playing _____ at this theatre and not at mine?
Some movies are limited releases - whether because of a small budget, or an intentionally slow release to build a "buzz". We try to get the largest variety of movies and features that are available to us.

- How do I see what is playing in your THX theaters?
From your theater's home page, select a date from the dropdown menu. The list that will be displayed will be broken out by theater (room), and list the features of that theater. See also the THX page.
- Are you still running Monday Movies for Moms? What is Playing?
Look under our promotions directory to see the Movies for Mom that may be in your area.
- How much does a ticket cost/How much do tickets cost?
On each theatre's home page, there is a link for Ticket Prices underneath the showtime display. You may also click on a showtime link to find out the prices of the tickets available for that showing or event.
- Can I check to see if a movie will be sold out?
The showtimes displayed on Celebration! Cinema's website will show you the current status of ticket sales. If the showtime appears in Red, the tickets are nearly sold out. If the showtime is black, and there is no link, the show is sold out.
- What do I do if I have a problem with a ticket purchased online?
Contact the theatre from which the tickets were purchased. View a list of theatre phone numbers here.

- I did not receive an acknowledgement/Free Popcorn Coupon when I signed up for the newsletter...
Generally this indicates that your email provider is blocking the email that we are sending, and you are not likely to receive the newsletter either. Look at http://www.movie-previews.com/whitelist/ for more information about "White Listing" our newsletters, and specific instructions for AOL, Yahoo, MSN, Hotmail, Earthlink and Gmail. Our website uses font sizing that works with your browser. Using the Ctrl and + button will work for most of you.

- How do I find out how many points I have on my BSMC card?
You can have a cast member swipe your card at the box office, send a request in through the contact form, or call 800-567-8668.
- How do I change my name/address on my BSMC account?
You can call 800-567-8668 or email your new information through the contact form.
- What do I do if I forget my BSMC card?
You can fill out a guest assistance form at the theatre or call 800-567-8668 or send an email through the contact form with the number of tickets purchase, date, time and film.
- What do I do if I lose my BSMC card?
You can fill out a guest assistance form at the theatre or call 800-567-8668 or email us using the contact form and a new card will be mailed to you.
- I submitted an application, and I am wondering what has happened to it.
You may check with your local theater in person about the status of your application. We forward them on from this office to theirs.
- I received an extra charge on my credit card.
You may pickup a guest assistance form your local theater to get this taken care of.
- I am looking for information on advertising in your theaters.

Gift Cards
- How do I find out what's on Gift Card? / Can I check the Balance of my Gift Card Online?
Gift Card Balance Inquiries are not available online. Gift Card inquiries may be made at the box office, or the manager's kiosk at the theatre, or you can send in your request with the contact form.
- Can I use my gift card online to buy tickets?
No, we're sorry, at present we can only accept the gift cards at the theatres.
