Based on the recent restrictions put in place by the Governor, our cinemas are now closed, until further notice.
For those who have purchased tickets:
— Online purchases will be refunded automatically, including online convenience fee.
— Guests who purchased tickets in person at one of our box offices will receive a readmit pass once we reopen. Please bring your physical ticket with you when you return.
For our VIP Members:
We have paused all VIP subscriptions during this time, and there will be no billing or payments while we are closed. If your renewal date comes up during this period, we will be extending your membership, with no charge to you. This way, your VIP subscription will be there and available when the government restrictions are lifted and we are able to re-open our theatres.
If you feel the need to cancel you can reach us at email@example.com or if you already canceled your account, you will be able to re-join when our theatres re-open, with no penalties or waiting periods.
We look forward to the moment we can all get back to the movies. Until then, try and read DUNE before it hits cinemas later this year. It's about 800+ pages, so you might want to get moving on that one.
