C Rewards by Studio C 

The C Rewards by Studio C Program (the “Program”) is brought to you by Loeks Theatres, Inc. d/b/a Celebration Cinema, Midtown, One Twenty Three Tavern, and Studio C (“Studio C” or “we” or “us”). Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions and the Studio C’s User Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which are incorporated herein (collectively, the “Program Terms”). By participating in this Program you are agreeing to these Program Terms. If you do not agree to these Program Terms, do not participate in the Program. Studio C reserves the right to change or cancel this program at any time. 

WHO WE ARE

Founded in 1944 by John D. Loeks, Sr., Studio C is an entertainment company with headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA. Our cinemas serve the cities and surrounding areas of Grand Rapids, Lansing, Muskegon, Benton Harbor/St. Joseph, Portage/Kalamazoo, and Mount Pleasant. 

ELIGIBILITY 

The Program is free to join at the C Rewards Silver level. Join by signing up online or at any Celebration Cinema location. Your membership in the Program constitutes your representation that (1) all information you submitted in your registration is truthful and accurate; (2) that you will update your registration information when changes occur; (3) that you are at least 13 years of age; (4) that, if you are under the age of 18, you have the authorization of your legal guardian, and (5) that your use of the Program does not violate any state, federal, or other law which applies in your jurisdiction. You must be at least 16 years old to sign up for the paid VIP subscription service.

You must be a fully registered member to receive rewards, birthday gifts, custom perks, and achieve Platinum Membership-level perks. 

Upon registration, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, and by providing such information you consent to Studio C collecting and processing such information. You also consent to receiving emails, text messages, and other communications regarding the Program, unless you opt out of such communications in your User profile or by clicking “unsubscribe” in any communication. Many of the rewards and perks are custom tailored, and so we need the following information for you to get the maximum benefits of the program.

  • First and Last Name
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Birthdate

Studio C does not share personal information provided, but will use it to notify you of any additional offers or discounts. We promise to never sell or share your information - it’s safe with us.

Members may be provided with the ability to use usernames and passwords to gain access to restricted portions of the Member website. Each Member has the responsibility for the use of his/her own password and username to gain access to the C Rewards website page.

We will have no responsibility for Member’s inability to access such restricted portions of such website if Member has lost or forgotten username, password or other necessary code. Members can request a password reset be emailed to them at https://celebrationcinema.com

PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

All participants in the Program are “Members.” A Studio C movie-goer may sign up for the Program in-person at the box office or online at celebrationcinema.com. By signing up, a Studio C movie-goer becomes a Program Member. The Program offers four membership levels: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and VIP. Membership levels correspond with different Program Membership Benefits.

Membership fees are subject to taxation in accordance with applicable laws. We may change the membership fees at any time, and changes will only apply to new and renewal memberships.

We know every movie-goer is unique, so we’re customizing perks just for you based on the movies you see and the food and beverage items you buy at the theatre.

Silver Members unlock the following great benefits:

  • $5 Rewards Voucher for every 2500 points earned, valid for 90 days

  • Special in-theatre giveaways
  • Email/SMS communications about favorite movies, music, dining, and more
  • Custom online Dashboard with Watchlist, Reward Tracker, and more
  • Free pop/popcorn on your birthday
  • T.A.C.O. Tuesday ticket discounts at Celebration Cinema
  • Early matinee ticket discounts at Celebration Cinema
  • Sunday ticket discounts at Celebration Cinema

Gold Members have Silver Member Benefits and receive the following additional benefits:

  • $5 Rewards Voucher for every 1250 points earned, valid for 90 days
  • Special discount/perk every month
  • Invitations to screenings & events

Platinum Members have Gold and Silver Member benefits and receive the following additional benefits:

  • $5 Rewards Voucher for every 750 points earned, valid for 90 days
  • Free Real butter on popcorn
  • Waived mobile food ordering fee

VIP Members unlock the following benefits:

  • 3 unrestricted movie ticket per week valid for 7 days (Friday-Thursday);
  • No online convenience fees for ticket purchases on our website (excludes mobile app)
  • Enrollment in C Rewards Program 

$5 Vouchers are valid for 90 days to purchase food, non-alcoholic beverages, and movie tickets. $5 Vouchers are not valid on gift cards, GOLD tickets, alcohol purchases, subscriptions, or gratuities. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions shall be subject to the terms, conditions, and rules of such event and applicable laws.

Benefits for Members are privileges granted to Members differentiated by Program level (“Program Benefits”). Program Benefits are granted at the discretion of Studio C, may change at any time, are not redeemable for Points and have no cash value. Benefits, once obtained, can only be utilized in the United States.

HOW TO EARN POINTS

Members earn 10 Points for every 1 dollar spent on tickets and/or concessions in-person at the theatre or online at celebrationcinema.com We’ll also be giving Points on the online convenience fee as an added feature. Points cannot be earned on Getty Drive-In concessions.

In-person at the theatre in connection with cash, payment card, or gift card transactions

Your C Rewards Card must be presented before purchasing your tickets or concessions. No Points will be added at any time other than when presented at the time of a purchase. Should you forget your card, we can look you up with your mobile number. 

Online at the Celebration Cinema website

Buying tickets in advance and reserving your favorite seat is a way to enhance the movie- and concert-going experience, and we want to reward you for those purchases too. We offer Points for purchases online at celebrationcinema.com. Make sure to login to your account before making the purchase. You will also earn Points if you are purchasing tickets or concessions with a gift card.

How many Points do I need to earn a free ticket or membership?

C Rewards Points do not directly result in free tickets. Based on membership level and points earned, you will receive a $5 Voucher which may be applied against any purchase of tickets or concessions. $5 Vouchers may not be used to pay for VIP Membership or other fees at Celebration Cinema.

Will I get Points for D-BOX, Premiere Seats, and 3D up-charges?

Yes, any dollar spent on tickets and one of these premium experiences will also receive points in C Rewards. 

            What are the limits on earning Rewards Points?

Points are NOT earned on purchases of gift cards, GOLD tickets, alcohol, bulk ticket orders, in conjunction with free box office passes, arcade purchases, sales tax, party rooms or theater rentals. Points are NOT earned on purchases made through our third-party service providers. Points may NOT be earned outside of the United States (e.g. movie tickets purchased outside of the United States). 

Points may be revoked if a movie ticket or concession order, for which Points were earned, is refunded. Points may be revoked where Studio C believes in its discretion that Points were earned through or in connection with any fraud, abuse of the platform, or violation of Studio C’s User Terms of Use.

Why don’t I get Points for Gift Card purchases?

Points can only be awarded when a gift card is redeemed, so encourage the person you’re gifting to become a member to earn Points and rewards. As a special bonus for you, we do offer a FREE movie ticket with every $100 spent on gift cards at the theatre (must be purchased in the same transaction). The FREE ticket bonus is not available for online gift card purchases.

HOW TO REDEEM VOUCHERS

Redeem $5 Vouchers in-person at any Celebration Cinema location and at Midtown.

HOW TO VIEW POINTS BALANCES

Members can view their current Points balances, rewards, and benefits  at celebrationcinema.com/rewards. If you think your Points balance is incorrect, you must report your issue by contacting Studio C as noted in the Contact Us section below. If Studio C agrees that a correction is needed, it may take up to four weeks. Failure to supply necessary documentation may result in an inability to award Points. For verification, you should retain all receipts and documentation until your Points are credited to your Program Account.

POINT EXPIRATION

All rewards are property of Studio C. Member accounts, benefits, points, special offers, and rewards (i) are non-transferable (ii) have no cash value (iii) are not gift cards or gift certificates, (iv) may not be offered for resale, and (v) are not redeemable for cash under any circumstance unless required by law. Accumulated points, rewards and special offers do not constitute property of the Member. The Program may not be used for profit by a Member. 

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Studio C’s Termination Rights

Participation in the Program is a privilege granted to Members. Studio C may suspend, revoke, or terminate your membership at any time by us for any reason. If your Program membership is terminated, all Points associated with your membership and any membership benefits will be forfeited immediately upon termination. If your Program membership is terminated due to noncompliance with these Program Terms, in addition to forfeiting all Points and membership benefits associated with your membership immediately, you cannot participate in or rejoin the Program.

Members that are inactive for 24 months will have their account terminated by Studio C and all data related to the account will be deleted.

Member’s Termination Rights

Members may cancel their memberships at any time for any reason. Termination will be effective immediately and all accumulated Points, Studio C Cash, movie ticket(s), and other rewards will be forfeited. No refunds will be provided. Please see the Contact Us section below regarding how to contact us to cancel your membership.  You may also cancel your membership in-person at any Theatre.

PROGRAM CHANGES AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to change or terminate the Program, or any part thereof, at any time without notice and without further obligations to Members, including, but not limited to modifications which: (1) govern how Points are earned on and after the date of change; or (2) change the value of rewards. No Points will be earned or redeemed after the effective date of termination. Any and all changes and/or amendments to these Program Terms will become binding upon all members immediately.

STUDIO C’S RIGHTS TO TRANSFER

Studio C’s rights and obligations under the Program may be assigned or transferred by Studio C to any other related or unrelated entity at any time, and performances shall be the responsibility of that entity.

INTERPRETATION OF PROGRAM TERMS

All interpretations of these Program Terms will be at Studio C’s sole discretion and Studio C’s decisions will be final.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You expressly agree that membership in the Program is at your sole risk. Neither Studio C, its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, service providers, or licensors (collectively, “Providers”), or the like, warrant that this Program will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from membership in the Program, or as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, or currency of its content. Program content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information. 

 

THIS PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS,” “WHERE IS,” AND “WHERE AVAILABLE” BASIS. Studio C MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM, THE CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR THE MATERIALS IN THIS PROGRAM. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, Studio C EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND, WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF THE CONTENT IN THE PROGRAM OR ANY GOODS OR OTHER PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED, SOLD, OR DISPLAYED IN THE PROGRAM OR YOUR USE OF THIS PROGRAM GENERALLY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY OF INFORMATION, QUALITY, TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTION’S LAW APPLIES TO THIS AGREEMENT.
