Can I get a refund?
Refund requests can be made up to 30 minutes before showtime. Please visit our refund page by clicking here: https://celebrationcinema.com/refund. We are not able to refund gift card purchases.

No Email Confirmation?
If you made it all the way through a purchase and are seeing a charge on your bank statement, you have tickets! Bring the credit card, confirmation number, or email used to purchased and the theatre can print your tickets.
