Private Showtimes

What happened to the private showtimes for 20 people? 
The Private Showtimes offer for groups of only 20 people was a limited time offer and is no longer available. Sorry for the inconvenience. Depending on the location, we do have packages available for groups of 30 if attending a showtime Monday - Thursday. Capacity levels are listed for each location when filling out the Private Showtime Request Form.

What movies are available? 
Private showtimes can be booked for any current releases. If you are unsure of what would be available for your desired date, submit a form and a coordinator can assist you in selecting from available films. We do not generally book titles or classic films for private showtimes.

What if I need to cancel my reservation? 
Final cancellations terms will be communicated to you prior to booking and may vary depending on the movie you have chosen. Generally, cancellations with full refund are allowed up to 2 weeks prior to event date. With notice less than 2 weeks prior to event date, a refund of your payment may be available in the form of a gift card. With less than 7 days notice or no notice, your payments will be forfeit. To request a refund, please contact your assigned event coordinator or email: groupevents@bystudioc.com   

When should I arrive for my showtime? 
You will be able to enter your assigned auditorium 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your movie. Due to our cleaning requirements, additional time in the auditorium is not available. 

Can I bring in a cake or pizza? 
Outside food or beverages are not allowed. Depending on the location, food may be available for pre-order for your event. Once your showtime is booked, a coordinator will explain all possible add-ons.  Birthday Party packages featuring party pizzas are available at our Benton Harbor, Lansing, Portage, Grand Rapids North and Muskegon locations. 

Can I decorate the auditorium? 
Decorations are not allowed in our theatre auditoriums. Helium filled balloons are not allowed in any of our buildings. 

Will there be trailers? 

Yes, we schedule the standard amount of trailers which begin at the scheduled start time of the movie.  

Is this purchase eligible for C Rewards? 

Yes! Please present your C Rewards information to the manager at check in on the day of your event. 

Is the concession stand open? 

Yes! We are happy to provide your guests with all their favorite movie snacks.
