What if I don’t know what movie I want to watch yet?
Movie selection must be finalized in advance. If you aren't sure what you want to see, we recommend booking the $100 private showtime package to secure your desired date and time. Once a coordinator contacts you, they can assist you in selecting the perfect movie. If you decide to watch a new release, they can collect the additional payment necessary.
Do we have to wear masks during our private showtime?
Yes, at all times other than while seated and consuming concessions. Per executive order and recommendations from the CDC, please wear a mask in lobbies & theatres.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Cancellations are allowed up to 7 days prior to event date. To request a refund, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org or contact your assigned coordinator.
When should I arrive for my showtime?
You will be able to enter your assigned auditorium 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your movie. Due to gathering restrictions and our cleaning requirements, additional time in the auditorium is not available.
Can I bring in a cake or pizza?
Outside food or beverages are not allowed. Depending on the location, food may be available for pre-order for your event. Once your showtime is booked, a coordinator will explain all possible add-ons.
Can I decorate the auditorium or have a custom greeting on screen?
Decorations and on-screen greetings are not possible at this time. Balloons are not allowed in our building or theatres.
Will there be trailers?
Yes, we schedule the standard amount of trailers which begin at the scheduled start time of the movie.
Is this purchase eligible for C Rewards?
Yes! You can enter your C Rewards information during the initial purchase. If you already made your purchase, you can present your C Rewards information to the manager at check in on the day of your event.
Is the concession stand open?
Yes! We are happy to provide your guests with all their favorite movie snacks. Food can only be consumed once seated in the auditorium.
What if I want to bring a group of more than 20 people?
We would love to accommodate your larger group for a special event at the movies! If you want to plan something for a groups of 40+, please use THIS FORM to request assistance with one of our coordinators.
If you want to add a few more tickets to your private showtime, availability is based on the location and the assigned auditorium capacity. Once you have secured your private showtime, the event coordinator can let you know if additional tickets are available and at what cost.
Does my baby count towards my 20 tickets?
We don't require a ticket to be purchased for anyone under 3 years of age. However, we are required to ensure that we don't exceed 50% of the capacity in our auditoriums so you must report to your coordinator in advance how many people (even young people) will be in attendance.
