Welcome to the C Rewards VIP membership program! As a VIP Member, you will receive, among other great benefits, in-theatre access to eligible films in Celebration Cinema locations for a monthly fee. Below you will find important VIP Membership program Terms and Conditions that apply to your Membership in the program. We are happy to have you as our VIP Member.
- Overview
Again, we welcome you to C Rewards VIP membership program (“VIP” or “VIP Membership”). As described in more detail below in Section 2, Description of Service, VIP Membership is a tier of the C Rewards loyalty program that provides, in addition to other benefits, in-theatre access to eligible films in Celebration Cinema locations for a monthly fee. C Rewards VIP Membership is brought to you by Studio C (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Studio C,” or “Celebration Cinema”).
Your participation in or use of Studio C’s C Rewards VIP Membership at any time subjects you the user ("you," "your," "yours", "Member") to the provisions of these C Rewards VIP Service Terms and Conditions ("Service Terms"). As part of the C Rewards loyalty program, the VIP Membership is further subject to the C Rewards General Program Terms and Conditions (“C Rewards General Program Terms”), the Studio C website Terms & Conditions of Use ("Website Terms of Use"), and Studio C Privacy Policy, which are all incorporated by reference as if set forth fully herein.
Please read the C Rewards General Program Terms, the Studio C Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and these Service Terms carefully, and keep copies for your reference and check online from time to time to review the current versions of each, as they are legally binding and govern the relationship between you and us with respect to the VIP Membership. In particular, please note that the C Rewards General Terms are incorporated into these Service Terms and apply to the VIP Membership as is if fully set forth herein. In the event of any conflict between the C Rewards General Terms or the General Terms and these Service Terms with respect to the Membership, the Service Terms will control. These Service Terms, including those relating to the features of the VIP Membership tier described below in Section 2, Description of Service, may be updated from time to time. We will publish such updated Service Terms at the website address for the Service Terms set forth above, or any replacement website address. Whenever we have made a material change in the VIP Service Terms, we will send you notice of the updated Service Terms to your e-mail address that you have provided to us for your VIP Membership thirty (30) days prior to such update. The notice will include information on how to cancel your Membership if you do not agree to the updated Service Terms. Any updated Service Terms will apply to your VIP Membership as of the Effective Date stated on the updated terms, subject to the cancelation terms set forth in Section 3, Cancellation, below.
- Description of Service
C Rewards VIP Membership is a membership tier of the C Rewards loyalty program that allows Members to enjoy a weekly movie going experience at Celebration Cinema locations for a monthly fee. - Three (3) separate movie tickets per week
- No website ticketing fees at celebrationcinema.com
- Enrollment in C Rewards program
VIP Members in good standing are entitled to entrance to up to three (3) separate movie showtimes per week during a VIP Membership period, valid for any regularly scheduled in-theatre showtime at any Celebration Cinema location. For purposes of the VIP Membership, a "week" means Friday 6:00 a.m. to the next Friday at 5:59 a.m. You may select up to three (3) separate showtime admissions on the same day during a week, provided showtimes do not overlap. Weekly availability does not carry forward, regardless of use, and unused/no-show reservations count toward use.
With respect to each such film, to gain admission the VIP Member must make a reservation for upcoming showtimes at the Celebration Cinema box office, on-site ticket kiosk, the Celebration Cinema mobile app or online at www.celebrationcinema.com. Reservations may be made in advance at any time after tickets are on sale to the public, subject to sell-out conditions. VIP Members may not have more than three (3) pending reservations at any one time, regardless of whether such showtimes fall within the same week. For example, if you have made advance reservations for three showtimes, you will not be able to use this benefit for admission to a fourth film until at least one of those existing reservations has been used or cancelled.
Showtimes that are eligible for this VIP benefit are standard 2D Digital films as well as films in 3D and IMAX. Celebration Cinema will make reasonable efforts to include every film but reserves the right to exclude titles on a limited basis at its sole discretion. D-Box and Premiere Seating tickets (where available) are also eligible for use, but the member must pay the additional up-charge fees for these features. Premium events such as, but not limited to, fan events, private screenings, movie marathon/double features, Metropolitan Opera, broadcasts of sporting events and other showtimes and events (including select showtimes of certain foreign language films) are not eligible and are excluded from the VIP Program. Services or products provided outside our theatres are excluded.
To gain entry to a theatre with a VIP reservation, VIP Members are required to present a ticket along with a matching valid photo ID. Tickets may be obtained at the Celebration Cinema theatre box office, theatre point-of-sale kiosk, or via the Celebration Cinema website or mobile app, using the VIP Membership name and account number. Tickets obtained via the Celebration Cinema website or mobile app must be scanned by a Celebration Cinema associate in order for VIP Members to avoid any no-show penalty. Admission under the VIP Membership is limited to only the individual named as the VIP Member and is not valid for admission of friends or family members or other persons not the named as VIP Member. Guests attempting to use a VIP ticket without a matching valid photo ID will be not admitted into the theatre. The name on the valid photo ID, the ticket and the VIP Membership must match exactly. Studio C reserves the right to admit any individuals to its theatres at its sole discretion.
- Continuous Monthly Service, Fee Schedule, and Cancellation
C Rewards VIP Membership tier is a continuous service, monthly membership program. Your initial monthly membership period begins on the date you sign up as a VIP Member, and each following membership period begins on the same calendar day that you signed up in the following month (for example, if you sign up on August 25, your first membership period begins on that day, your next membership period begins on September 25, etc.). If you sign up on the 31st day of a month, membership periods thereafter will begin on the last day of a month in the case of a month with fewer than 31 days.
The VIP Membership fee for each monthly membership period is $23.95. The fee will be automatically charged/debited by us pursuant to your automatic payment authorization in Section 5, Automatic Payment Authorization, below on or after the first day of each monthly membership period. For example, the credit card or debit card information you provide to us will be charged a $23.95 membership fee on or after the start of each monthly membership period until cancellation. There is no partial refund if you cancel during a membership period, and membership fees may change upon notice to you.
We will be sad to see you go, but you may cancel your VIP Membership at any time. You must give us notice at least five (5) business days before the end of any VIP Membership period in order to avoid our billing of the VIP Membership fee for the next membership period. If you would like to cancel your VIP Membership, you must login to your account at celebrationcinema.com/rewards, email rewards@bystudioc.com, or call Studio C member services at 1.616.447.4200. Cancellation of your VIP Membership will be effective at the end of the current membership period.
In addition, your access to VIP Membership benefits will automatically terminate effective as of the end of the then current membership period if you cancel your automatic payment authorization set forth in Section 4, Automatic Payment Authorization, below. Upon cancellation without cause, Members will be automatically moved to the standard C Rewards program.
There are no partial refunds of membership fees if you cancel your VIP Membership, and you will continue to have access to the VIP Member benefits through the end of the last membership period for which you have paid in full.
You understand that tickets reserved using VIP Membership are intended to be used, and habitual no-show activity may result, in our sole judgment, in cancellation of a VIP Membership for cause and without a prorated refund. We also may cancel a VIP Membership for cause in the event of misuse, fraud or violations of these terms and conditions. If we cancel your VIP Membership without cause, we will, in our discretion, either continue your VIP Membership through the end of the current membership period or provide a refund of a prorated portion of the VIP Membership fee based on the unexpired portion of your current membership period as of the effective date of cancellation.
- Membership Restrictions
VIP Memberships are available only to residents of the United States 16 years of age or older. A valid photo identification card and accepted form of Payment Method (as defined below in Section 6) are required for VIP Membership. When entering your name at sign up for the VIP Membership, please keep in mind that your name on our records for membership must exactly match your name on the photo ID you plan on using in connection with your VIP Membership, including at theatres. For an ID to be considered valid, it must be issued by a government or school and include your full name, date of birth and photo. Identification cards not meeting these qualifications, electronic or photocopies, or those issued by a private corporation are not acceptable. VIP memberships do not provide free real butter.
You must also have an e-mail account, the ability to receive communications by e-mail, and have consented to receive such communications. You are required to provide us with an e-mail address that we can use to communicate with you regarding your Membership, and you agree to immediately notify us of any change in your email address.
VIP Memberships are nontransferable, except to a new membership for the same Member in the case of a lost or stolen membership number and may not be shared with others. VIP Membership may not be offered for resale, and a VIP Membership is not redeemable for cash under any circumstance unless required by law. VIP Membership fees are taxable to the VIP Member where required by law.
VIP Memberships are intended for individual use only, and are not available to organizations, legal entities or groups such as without limitation to businesses, churches, daycare, non-profits, or similar.
Violation of any of the foregoing eligibility requirements may result in immediate cancellation of a VIP Membership for cause and without a prorated refund.
Studio C reserves the right to take appropriate legal action for violations of Studio C policies in its sole discretion and, in the event Studio C prevails, it will be entitled to recover damages, attorneys' fees and court costs as allowed by applicable law.
- Automatic Payment Authorization
By signing up for the VIP Membership, you authorize Celebration Cinema to initiate automatic charges/debits to the credit card or debit card ("Payment Method") information provided to us in connection with your VIP Membership to pay the VIP Membership fee due for each membership period and any other amounts you may owe us. Studio C uses a third-party processor to process such payments, and by being a VIP Member, you authorize Studio C’s third-party service providers to process the payments.
Charges/debits will be made to the Payment Method on or after the first day of each membership period in the amount of your $23.95 VIP Membership fee for the membership period. You are responsible for updating your Payment Method, including any change in your account number or payment card expiration date. If you have more than one Payment Method on file, we may charge/debit any such Payment Method.
The VIP Membership is based on authorization of automatic payments by the Payment Method you choose. Accordingly, automatic payment authorization will continue until cancelled by you or us, and if you cancel automatic payments, we will automatically cancel your VIP Membership in the VIP Program. You may cancel this authorization at https://www.celebrationcinema.com/rewards Your cancellation will take effect after we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on it, up to a maximum of five (5) business days.
If a charge/debit is returned unpaid or fails for any reason, we may in our sole discretion and upon notice sent to you by e-mail immediately suspend your VIP Membership, and you will not be able to use the VIP Member services to reserve additional showtimes. We will resubmit returned charges/debits up to the maximum number of times and within the periods permitted by payment network rules. If resubmissions are accepted, we will re-activate your VIP Membership. If one or more resubmissions is rejected or the VIP Membership fee otherwise continues to remain unpaid, we may in our discretion and upon notice sent to you by e-mail cancel your VIP Membership and any pending showtime reservations will be cancelled. You also remain responsible for any unpaid fees that were due during your valid VIP Membership period.
We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days prior written notice via e-mail of material changes to the VIP Membership benefits or if the VIP Membership fee to be charged or debited changes, provided that you agree we will only send such notice when the change is due to a change in the VIP Membership fee and not a change in applicable taxes.

- Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
You expressly agree that membership in the VIP Membership program is at your sole risk. Neither Studio C, its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, service providers, or licensors (collectively, “Providers”), or the like, warrant that this Program will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from membership in the Program, or as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, or currency of its content. Program content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
THIS VIP PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS,” “WHERE IS,” AND “WHERE AVAILABLE” BASIS. Studio C MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM, THE CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR THE MATERIALS IN THIS PROGRAM. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, Studio C EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND, WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF THE CONTENT IN THE PROGRAM OR ANY GOODS OR OTHER PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED, SOLD, OR DISPLAYED IN THE PROGRAM OR YOUR USE OF THIS PROGRAM GENERALLY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY OF INFORMATION, QUALITY, TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTION’S LAW APPLIES TO THIS AGREEMENT.
